Suprajit: FY26 Revenue Up 17%, Final Dividend ₹2 Per Share

Suprajit Engineering Ltd reported a 17% increase in consolidated revenue and a 19% rise in EBITDA for FY26. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, bringing the total dividend to ₹3.50 (350%) per share. The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹1042 Cr, with a PBT of ₹97.2 Cr. Suprajit Controls Division grew by 15%, and Suprajit Electronics Division grew by 30%. Restructuring at overseas entities led to SCS entities turning EBITDA positive in Q4.
