Supreme Industries: 84th AGM on July 3, FY26 Dividend ₹25/Share

Supreme Industries Ltd. announced that its Board approved audited financial statements for FY26 and recommended a final dividend of ₹25 per share (1250%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for July 3, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from June 26 to July 3, 2026, for the purpose of the AGM and final dividend. The record date for dividend entitlement for shares held in electronic form is June 26, 2026. The company will provide e-voting facilities for the AGM. Additionally, the reappointment of Shri V.K. Taparia as Executive Director and the appointment of M S K A & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years were approved, subject to member approval at the ensuing AGM.
