Vijay Kumar Taparia, Promoter and Executive Director of Supreme Industries Ltd, has disclosed the acquisition of 3,17,398 equity shares through transmission. This acquisition falls under Regulation 10(1)(g) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, exempting the need for an open offer. The shares were transmitted from the account of Late Shri Bajranglal Taparia. Following this transmission, Mr. Taparia's shareholding in the company now stands at 58.228% of the total share capital.
