Aerpace Industries Allots 1.5 Cr Warrants to Promoter Group

Aerpace Industries Limited has completed the allotment of 1,50,00,000 convertible warrants to N.K. Family Private Trust, a promoter group entity. This preferential allotment was made at a price of ₹32.55 per warrant, aggregating to a total value of ₹48,82,50,000. The company has received an initial payment of ₹12,20,62,500/- for this allotment. This move follows prior approvals from the Board of Directors and shareholders, as previously disclosed on July 09, 2026, and August 08, 2026, respectively. All necessary SEBI disclosures have been made.
