Aerpace Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Madhur Sanjay Jajoo as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on September 8, 2026, and is effective from September 9, 2026, for a term of five years, concluding on September 8, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Jajoo is a Chartered Accountant with approximately six years of professional experience in accounting, financial governance, internal audit, and management consultancy, with expertise in healthcare and oil & gas sectors. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
