Aerpace Industries Ltd. at Pivotal Stage with Major Verticals Progressing Towards Commercial Readiness

Aerpace Industries Ltd. is at a significant stage in its growth journey, with physical and technological infrastructure in place, strategic partnerships strengthened, and multiple product lines nearing commercial readiness. The Pune facility, envisioned as a world-class, centralised operations hub, is now complete with continuous enhancements and operational upgrades. The solar manufacturing line at the Pune facility is set to commence operations in August 2025, establishing Aerpace as a competitive and reliable supplier in the renewable energy sector. The AerShield programme has completed prototypes of advanced unmanned aerial vehicles, with demonstrations scheduled for UAE and Indian defence authorities. Aerpace, in partnership with Cavok Engineering, is preparing to develop a next-generation unmanned aerial system for multiple applications, including cargo transport, defence logistics, and emergency relief operations. The facility is progressing towards full operational readiness, with the solar manufacturing line expected to be fully functional by October 2025.
