Suraj Industries Subsidiary CARYA Expands Manufacturing with New Tie-Ups

Suraj Industries Ltd's subsidiary, Carya Chemicals & Fertilizers Private Limited (CARYA), is significantly expanding its manufacturing capabilities. CARYA, which manufactures Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Country Liquor (CL), and Rajasthan Made Liquor (RML), has commissioned a bottling facility with a capacity of ~48 lakh cases per annum. The company has also entered into a manufacturing arrangement with Radico Khaitan Limited for bottling select IMFL brands, expected to enhance capacity utilization and operational efficiencies. Furthermore, CARYA is setting up a 125 KLPD grain-based greenfield distillery, slated for commissioning in July-August 2026, to support captive consumption of ENA, improve margins, and strengthen backward integration. The Managing Director highlighted these developments as laying a strong foundation for future growth and long-term stakeholder value.
