Suraj Limited Announces Trading Window Closure Until April 2026

Suraj Limited has informed the stock exchange about the closure of the trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, Specific Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives are not allowed to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
