Surana Solar Ltd. Approves Unaudited Financial Results for Q2 & H1 2025

Surana Solar Ltd. has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025. The Board of Directors transacted the business in a meeting held on 29th October, 2025. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015. The Company has sold and transferred 49% of its shares in Surana Technologies Private Limited to Baidyanath Power Private Limited, ceasing to exercise control over it. Therefore, the financial results of STPL have not been consolidated with the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
