Surana Telecom 37th AGM on Sep 29, 2026; Management Changes Approved

Significant management changes include the resignation of Ms. Arcot Ganeshan Monisha as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 5, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Ankit Pansari as her successor, effective September 6, 2026.
