Surana Telecom and Power Ltd has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named 'Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited' with an authorized capital of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The new subsidiary is a related party of Surana Telecom and Power Ltd and is aimed at carrying on the business of trading, distributing, supplying, generating, transmitting, and manufacturing solar and renewable energy related products. The acquisition is a cash transaction with 100% subscription to the share capital. Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited was incorporated on 8th January 2026 and is yet to commence business operations.
