Surana Telecom and Power Ltd. Sells Industrial Land for INR 24.04 Crores

Surana Telecom and Power Ltd. has sold its industrial land admeasuring 9,364.50 sq. yards, situated at Phase-II, D.A. Cherlapally, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal— Malkajgiri District, Telangana, for a total consideration of INR 24.04 Crores. The sale does not constitute disposal of an undertaking or substantially the whole of an undertaking of the Company. The authority to sell the aforesaid property had been duly approved by the Board of Directors earlier. The purchaser does not belong to the promoter / promoter group / group companies of the Company.
