The company's Board of Directors approved the AGM notice, Board's Report, and fixed September 22, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM. Additionally, the company accepted the resignation of its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Ms. Arcot Ganeshan Monisha, effective September 5, 2026, and appointed Mr. Ankit Pansari to the same role from September 6, 2026. Mr. Pansari will also serve as the Nodal Officer.
