Surana Telecom and Power Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company's Board of Directors also approved the renunciation of its rights entitlement in Topsun Solar Private Limited, reducing its shareholding from 100% to approximately 15.38%. Additionally, the transfer of 100% beneficial ownership of Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited was approved, resulting in its cessation as a subsidiary. The sale consideration for Bhagyanagar Solar was ₹2,63,00,250.
