Surana Telecom to Disinvest 7% Stake in Aryavaan Renewable Energy for 156.39 Million Rupees

Surana Telecom and Power Ltd. has announced its decision to sell its 7% equity stake in Aryavaan Renewable Energy Private Limited, a material subsidiary, for 156.39 million rupees. This decision was approved at a board meeting held on August 7, 2025, and is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. Upon completion of the transaction, Aryavaan Renewable Energy Private Limited will cease to be a subsidiary of Surana Telecom and Power Ltd. The net worth of Surana Telecom and Power Ltd. for the FY 24-25 is 981.91 million rupees, while the net worth of Aryavaan Renewable Energy for the same period is 22.92 million rupees. The total turnover of Surana Telecom and Power Ltd. for the FY 24-25 is 1592.08 million rupees, while the total turnover of Aryavaan Renewable Energy for the same period is 364.96 million rupees. The sale/transfer of shares will be executed upon the approval of shareholders and the consideration will be at fair value as determined by the Independent Chartered Accountant as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
