Surana Telecom to Sell Land and Solar Power Project for Rs. 33.3 Crores to Reddy Pharmaceuticals

Surana Telecom and Power Limited has entered into an agreement to sell its land and SMW Solar Power Project, situated at Munipally, Telangana, to Reddy Pharmaceuticals Limited for a consideration of Rs. 33.3 crores. The agreement is subject to the approval of the shareholders, which will be obtained by way of postal ballot on 31st January 2025. The Board of Directors approved the agreement at their meeting held on 28th December 2024.
