Suratwwala Subsidiary Bags ₹69 Cr Solar EPC Order

Suratwwala Business Group Ltd's subsidiary, Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited, has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a 20 MW AC / 28.1 MW DC solar power plant project. The EPC contract, awarded by M/s. Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK Ltd., is valued at ₹69 Crores (excluding GST). The project involves design, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of the solar plant in Kolhapur, Sangli district, Maharashtra. The contract includes an annual operation and maintenance cost of ₹50 Lakhs and a minimum guaranteed generation of 42.0048 MUs per year. The work is expected to be completed within 4 months. Neither the promoter nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and it does not constitute a related party transaction.
