Ratilal Parbatbhai Patel, a promoter of Surbhi Industries Ltd, has disclosed an increase in his shareholding. This change occurred due to the transmission of 16,600 shares from Late Mr. Dipesh Ratilal Patel to Mr. Ratilal Parbatbhai Patel. Prior to this acquisition, Mr. Ratilal Parbatbhai Patel held 1,61,500 shares, representing 4.70% of the total voting capital. Following the acquisition on March 24, 2026, his holding increased to 1,78,100 shares, equivalent to 5.18% of the total voting capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
