Surya India Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Surya India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and will affect 'Designated Persons' and 'persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information'. The trading window will remain closed from Thursday, 01% day of January, 2026 up to the completion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31%t December, 2025. The date of the Board meeting for the consideration and approval of the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31%t December 2025 will be intimated in due course of time.
