Surya India Ltd Appoints Mr. Navneet Kumar Mishra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors of Surya India Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Navneet Kumar Mishra as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. This appointment is in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Mishra is a qualified Company Secretary and an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He has requisite knowledge of Corporate Legal & Secretarial compliances.
