Surya India Ltd to Approve Q4 2025 Financial Results on Feb 13, 2026

Surya India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in New Delhi. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company has been closed since January 1, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
