Equilateral Enterprises Ltd Changes Registered Office Address

Equilateral Enterprises Ltd has announced a change in its registered office address, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The shareholders approved the change in the registered office outside the local limits of the existing city but within the same State and under the jurisdiction of the same Registrar of Companies at a meeting held on February 02, 2026. The ROC Kanpur has approved the shifting of the registered office of the Company in respect of e-form INC-22 filed by the company. The new registered office of the Company is now situated at: 'C-273, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301'.
