Equilateral Enterprises Ltd Closes Trading Window Ahead of Q4 and FY Ending 31st March, 2026

Equilateral Enterprises Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
