Surya Roshni Q3FY26 Results: Revenue Up 3%, EBITDA at 2148 Crore

Surya Roshni Limited has announced its Q3 FY26 results with a 3% YoY increase in consolidated revenue to 21,927 crore. EBITDA stood at 2148 crore with margins of ~7.7%. The Lighting & Consumer Durables segment grew ~6% YoY to 476 crore, while the Steel Pipes business reported revenues of 1,451 crore. The company achieved a milestone by manufacturing API 5CT ERW casing pipes for the first time for the Indian market. The order book remains strong at approximately 500 crore, providing healthy near-term revenue visibility.
