Surya Roshni Reports Q4 & FY25 Results: Revenue Grows 3%, EBITDA Up 22%, Net Cash Surplus of Rs. 342 crore, and Recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share

Surya Roshni Limited, a leading exporter of ERW Pipes, largest producer of ERW Gl pipes and one of the largest Lighting Companies in India, has declared its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a 3% growth in revenue to 2,146 crore in Q4FY25, while EBITDA grew by 22% YoY to 211 crore. The EBITDA margin expanded by 155 basis points to 9.85%. The Steel Pipes and Strips division showed significant improvement in EBITDA margins, while the Lighting & Consumer Durables segment sustained strong double-digit margins at 10.3%. The company has a Net Cash Surplus of Rs. 342 crore and has recommended a Final Equity Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share of Rs. 5/- each for FY25.
