Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills: Director Re-appointed, New Independent Director Appointed

Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Limited announced at its 63rd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, the re-appointment of Sri Paritosh Agarwal as a Director liable to retire by rotation. His existing term as Managing Director continues from June 21, 2025, to June 20, 2030. The company also appointed Sri Venkata Phani Kiran Kumar Immaneni as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term from July 27, 2026, to July 26, 2031. Both resolutions were approved by the members with the requisite majority. Sri Paritosh Agarwal, son of Chairman and Managing Director Sri L.N.
