
Suryoday SFB Board approves ₹400 Cr NCD issue, appoints CS
Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 21, 2026, and approved two key items. Firstly, the Board sanctioned the raising of capital through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for up to ₹400 Crores. An initial tranche of up to ₹200 Crores will be issued as Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Subordinated, Transferable, Redeemable, Fully Paid Up, Lower Tier II NCDs on a private placement basis, to be categorized as Lower Tier II Capital. Secondly, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Geeta Krishnan (ICSI Membership No. A6011) as the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 24, 2026. She will also be designated as Key Managerial Personnel.
