Suryoday SFB Board Meeting on July 23 to Approve Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 23, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter (Q1) ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will be held in Navi Mumbai. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons and connected individuals will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
