Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 29, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter (Q2) and the half-year ended September 30, 2026. Concurrently, the bank also informed about the re-opening of the trading window for its designated persons and connected individuals, which will occur 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. The trading window had been closed since October 1, 2026.
