Susan Electricals Buys Land for ₹22 Cr Expansion

Susan Electricals India Ltd announced its Board of Directors approved the purchase of land in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, for approximately ₹22 crore. This acquisition is intended to facilitate the expansion of the company's manufacturing facilities, capacity, and business operations. The land, approximately 1.96 hectares, is being acquired from Mr. Parveen Kumar Jain and is not a related party transaction. The company also approved the Cost Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
