Suvidha Infra appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 years

Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has appointed M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners, Practising Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years starting from the financial year 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also decided to convene the 34th AGM on September 19, 2026, virtually, and approved the appointment of Mr. Haresh J. Assanani as Chief Financial Officer. The company also noted the resignations of Mr. Abhijeet A. Goswami (CFO) and Mr. Hemang S. Yagnesh (Independent Director).
