Suvidha Infra CFO Resigns; AGM Date Set

Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Ltd announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Abhijeet A. Goswami, effective July 24, 2026. The company's Board of Directors also decided to convene the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 19, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Shareholders will have the facility for remote e-voting from September 16 to September 18, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Haresh J. Assanani as the new CFO and M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. The resignation of an Independent Director, Mr. Hemang S. Yagnesh, was also noted.
