Suyog Gurbaxani Re-appoints Manisha Shelar as Independent Director

Suyog Gurbaxani Funicular Ropeways Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Manisha Shelar as an Independent Woman Director for a second term of three years, from September 4, 2026, to September 3, 2029. This decision, approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution on June 26, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Shelar holds an M.Tech. in VLSI Design and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. She is currently an Assistant Professor and pursuing a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. She is not related to any company directors and has not been debarred by any SEBI order or convicted of relevant offenses.
