Suyog Telematics Re-appoints Cost Auditor; Approves Un-audited Results

Suyog Telematics Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. Avnesh Jain & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board also considered and approved the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the re-appointment of Ms. Subhashita Lature as Whole-time Director for five years from January 10, 2027, was approved, subject to member approval. The record date for final dividend for FY ended March 31, 2026, was set as September 11, 2026, and the 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026.
