Suyog Telematics Sets Sept 11 Record Date for Final Dividend

Suyog Telematics Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, re-appointed cost auditors, and approved the re-appointment of Ms. Subhashita Lature as Whole-time Director for five years, subject to member approval. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026.
