SVA India Ltd. has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting to June 1, 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting, originally scheduled for May 30, 2026, will now include the consideration and approval of the audited financial results along with the independent audit report for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company has also announced the closure of the Trading Window from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
