Svam Software Changes Name to Svam Agritech Limited

Svam Software Ltd announced a significant corporate change following a Board of Directors meeting held on June 22, 2026. The company has approved a change in its name to Svam Agritech Limited, subject to regulatory approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This rebranding is accompanied by an expansion of its business objectives, including venturing into Agritech solutions, digital farming, precision agriculture, and related agricultural technology services. The company also plans to deal in seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other agri-inputs. Additionally, the Memorandum of Association will be amended to include new clauses for these expanded business activities, as well as construction and redevelopment projects. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for July 14, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for these changes.
