The Board of Directors of Svarnim Trade Udyog Ltd. approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Company has single reportable business segment - Trading and Distributors. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles of the Companies Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other recognized accounting practices.
