Board approves FY26 audited results & re-appoints internal auditor

The Board of Directors of SVC Industries Limited met on May 28, 2026, to approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s. S.K. Khandelwal, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The Board also reviewed and approved related party transactions for the half-year ended March 31, 2026.
