SVC Industries Board Meeting on Aug 29 to Discuss AGM, Director Re-appointment

SVC INDUSTRIES Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 29, 2026. The agenda includes approving the date, time, and mode for the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), finalizing the record date, and approving the Directors' Report and AGM Notice. The board will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Advait Chaturvedi and Ms. Sonal Waghela as directors, and the appointment of Mr. Ambuj Chaturvedi as Managing Director.
