Ganesha Ecoverse Announces HY1FY26 Consolidated Financial and Operational Performance with Loss After Tax of 3612.03 Lakh

Ganesha Ecoverse Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the half year ended 30th September 2025, including the performance of its associate, GESL Spinners Private Limited (GSPL). The company reported a standalone loss after tax of 3129.83 Lakh, mainly due to a MTM loss adjustment of 149.48 Lakh. The consolidated loss after tax stands at 3612.03 Lakh. GSPL, which suffered extensive damage in August 2024 due to a severe storm and flooding, has resumed operations and is currently operating at over 80% capacity utilization. The Board of Directors has approved the merger of GSPL with the company, aiming to strengthen its textile and recycled fibre portfolio.
