SW Investments Re-appoints Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27

SW Investments Ltd re-appointed M/s Sandeep V. Chavan and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The Board of Directors approved this decision at their meeting held on May 13, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial statements and results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors, M/s. Bagaria & Co. LLP.
