The meeting will also discuss any other matter with the permission of the chair. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company, which was closed from January 01, 2026, will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results/outcome of the Board Meeting on the Stock Exchanges.
