Swan Corp Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹0.15 Dividend

Swan Corp Ltd's board approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a dividend of ₹0.15 per equity share (15%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for September 4, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sugavanam Padmanabhan as Whole-Time Director and appointed M/s. Nisha Patel & Associates as Cost Auditor and Mr. Narendra Vala as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
