Swan Corp Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Compliance

Swan Corp Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This restriction is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the company has implemented PAN-level freezing for designated persons and their relatives at the depository level, as per a recent SEBI circular.
