Swan Corp Ltd Board Approves Rs. 3,500 Crores Related Party Transaction with Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited

Swan Corp Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 27th January, 2026. The Board has accorded its consent for a material related party transaction with Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited (SDH), a step down subsidiary, to the extent of Rs. 3,500 crores. The transaction includes sale, purchase or supply of goods or services, trade advances, fund-based and non-fund-based support, and partial/full repayment. The Company will also provide investments in equity/debt/inter-corporate deposits, convertible/non-convertible instruments, and give guarantees/security for any financial facility obtained by SDH. The resolution will be passed through Remote e-Voting.
