Swarnsarita Jewels Board Meeting on Nov 14 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Swarnsarita Jewels India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 14, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
