Swasth Foodtech India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Half Year and Financial Year Ended 31st March 2026

Swasth Foodtech India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the half and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
