Swasth Foodtech: Shrey Jain Re-appointed as Non-Executive Director

Swasth Foodtech India Ltd announced that its shareholders, in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shrey Jain as a Non-executive Director. Mr. Jain, who retires by rotation, was eligible and offered himself for re-appointment. His tenure as an Executive Director will commence from September 30, 2026, and conclude on September 30, 2027. Mr. Jain holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an executive post-graduate diploma in business management-finance. He has prior experience with Wipro Limited and has been associated with Swasth Foodtech since its incorporation, playing a key role in its growth strategy and transformation.
