Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Board Approves Un-Audited Q1 FY27 Results

Swasti Vinayaka Synthetics Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors met on August 14, 2026, to approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sandeep Dar & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years and the appointment of Mr. Yash Sanjiv Rungta as an Additional Independent Director. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Aryan Rajesh Poddar as Whole-time Director for three years was approved, subject to member approval.
